David has been coaching, counseling, and leading in church and business for over 35 years.

David is a survivor. He brings a keen sense to the challenges of personal trauma, drama, and addiction with his peer to peer coaching style. By overcoming the frustrations of undiagnosed dyslexia, working through PTSD as result of witnessing his father's suicide, recovering from a 20-year addiction to prescription drugs. He is a cancer survivor and coach who has truly “Been there, done that!" David is a sensitive, challenging, and pragmatic coach using techniques that work. “Live One Life” is the centerpiece of his practice. Using his "Live One Life Compass" and "Relationship Alignment" models he will help you find your strength, develop pain management skills, and restore confidence through the balance of body, mind, spirit, and emotions.
David's own life and service as Life Coach, Bishop, and member of a Stake Presidency has prepared him to assist you in finding and restoring your life’s purpose. His passion is to help people recover from trauma, drama, and other unwanted behaviors and to coach them to understand their purpose so that they can "Live One Life" joyfully.
